I forgot to cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?
It is not our policy to offer refunds on mistaken renewals.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you will retain full access until the end of your current subscription period, at which point your account will switch to free mode.
As we realize annual subscriptions may be easy to forget about, an email notice for accounts on annual status will be sent automatically approximately 14 days before your subscription is set to renew as a reminder.
Please ensure that our email address system@nativshark.com is on your safe senders list.
If you do not update your subscription settings before renewal, it will be assumed that you have accepted the renewal and no refunds will be issued after the fact.
The reminder is sent to the email address used to create the account.
To note, if you are paying for someone else such as a child, friend, or family member, and your email is not the account email, it is still your responsibility to keep track of the subscription.
As the reminder system is automated, we are unable to guarantee that reminder emails are received. It would be best to track this on your own calendar or however you keep on top of things!
Should there be exceptional circumstances (for example, you received the cancellation email confirmation but was still billed by the system), please reach out to us and we will assess on a case by case basis.
